200-hr Yoga Teacher Training

January 7 - March 15, 2026

Learn to teach skillful and intelligent Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes.

In our 200-hour program, you'll learn two full-class sequences: (1) a static strengthening and stretching sequence (Hatha), consisting of 35 poses and eight different pranayama, and (2) a dynamic strengthening and stretching sequence (Vinyasa).

Advanced Yoga Training in 3 Modules

This advanced yoga training is the difference between teaching yoga and embodying the practice. Through a deep dive into sequencing, anatomy and Yogic philosophy, you’ll expand your capacity to teach and design sequences that both challenge and inspire.

A Deeper Understanding of Yoga: A Lecture Series with Raj Patra

The following series of lectures is offered as a part of the curriculum for our yoga training program. However, we open these lectures to the public because the topics, the content, and the approachability builds a philosophical foundation for modern practitioners.

With this backdrop of philosophical understanding, practitioners will notice that their physical practice gets embedded in the fabric of the inner traditions of yoga.

Purposeful Living Program

Applied Yoga Curriculum

Everyone, at some point in their life, inevitably faces the question, "Who am I?" or "What is my purpose?" In this 6-week training you will go through specific explorations and exercises of self discovery, dissecting your innate tendencies, likes and dislikes, and therefore find a map of the journey that will make your life more fulfilling.

You will discover your Dharma, or innate purpose which will heighten your sense of fulfillment, success, and happiness in life. This program is rooted in scientific understanding of ancient wisdom found in Hinduism and Buddhism
