Meditation is the way we allow our pretensions and facades to fade, subtle states of psychic energies to emerge, and allows us to understand how and to what we react.
While #Asanas are tangible ways for working on the #Annamayakosha, and #Pranayamas are the tools for #Pranamayakosha, it’s the meditation practice that can really revolutionize the emotional shell and help us understand exactly who we are.
In Yoga, we seek to strip back illusory notions about ourselves in order to find unwavering happiness through techniques like meditation.
The practice of meditation is cumulative, so the more consistently you practice the stronger your practice has the chance to become. Set aside 10 minutes a day to start and work your way up. Challenge yourself to discover mindful moments throughout the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
