POWER VINYASA YOGA

This dynamic strengthening and stretching class focuses on linking breath with movement. The heated and non-heated classes are designed to strengthen your body and soften your spirit.

HATHA YOGA

This heated custom series of 36 static poses and several breathing exercises (pranayama), stretches and balances each part of the body and mind to provide a complete workout.

DEEP STRETCH & MEDITATION

This non-heated static class focuses on holding postures for three to five minutes, allowing practitioners to better stretch connective tissues. Each 90-minute class includes pranayama and meditation.
